You must be in the present moment, mindful and aware, to enjoy the tea, to savour the sweet aroma, to taste the flavour, to feel the warmth of the cup. Colours at play
We had a delicious little break down in the Eastern Cape this past weekend and I had such fun playing with my camera, admiring the striking colours at the beach.
